IWC, the 130 years old watch brand, is unveiling the Portuguese Tourbillion Manual-winding Watch. This is another brand new launching since the debut of Portuguese Tourbillion Self-Winding Watch.To celebrate the 80th anniversary of the series in 2010, IWC have launched a lot of Portuguese watches to highlight the event. The year 2010 is also called “The Year of Portuguese”. The Portuguese Tourbillion Manual-winding Watch performs as the bridge of the past and the present for IWC watches.

The Portuguese watches series is renowned to the world its concise style. It intermingles the lasting and exquisite design ingredients with the introductory fine watch making technique. They are wanted by many watch collectors and experts.This Portuguese Tourbillion Manual-winding Watch, on the one side features the classic trait, while on the other side is gathered with fashionable style. Combined with stainless steel and original pocket watch clock mechanism, the watch displays itself with traits from the first Portuguese pocket watch 70 years ago.  There are two models for this manual-winding watch series.

One has black dial with rhodanised Arabic numerls and symbolic leaf-shape pointers.  The second dial at 6 is constrasting to the black dial, with the red number “60″ prominent.  Theother one is equipped with silver dial and rose gold markings and .The second watch is light grey. It is eye-catching . Both styles hold the traditional track-like bezel with nickel silver 3/4 pallet and prolonged pointers. The clock mechanism is the IWC self-made 98295 clock mechanism, which embraces a brilliant  style of the original Jones’ clock mechanism. Through these two calm refined watches, IWC once again  the original Portuguese wristwatches that even in the outstripped past, the Portuguese wristwatches are nearly the exact mechanical watches.
